I honestly have no idea why people are so negative about CAE. I'm at the Mesa location (KFFZ) and I think it is a great place to work. There's never a shortage of students, you'll fly 60-80 hours a month (I know that's a big range, it just depends on how many students are allocated to you).

Sorry I don't want to Hijack this thread but can anyone tell me if they have experience as a student with this school? Specifically being an american student. They mentioned that as of yet they have not had any US students...i'm wondering why that is. I am interested in their program and considering moving to phx.

I am a new hire here, (hired post CAE's Oxford takeover)but because I had previous flight instruction experience I was hired directly into the Oxford (European) program. There is a training contract.
