Does anyone have any recommendations on a good place to do your multiengine sea rating?

There are not nearly as many multi sea airplanes, available for training, as there once were. I think there is a guy with a Seabee that moves around to various bases. You might call Jack Brown's in Winter Haven; they will be able to get you the info you are looking for. JB's used to operate an Aztec on straight floats though they quit using it as I think it ran too hot in the training environment. If you're aiming for Seaborne, you might call them and see who their pilots have used. PS, Operational tip; Don't screw up the engine priming/starting procedures, get both engines started in quick succession so you don't lose directional control, start going in a circle, Etc. also make sure the windscreen defoggers are operational.

There is a Grumman Widegon in Daytona that does training, according to this website.
