Default Flight Safety Academy CFI Job/Stands

Just wanted to get some information and opinions on working for Flight Safety Academy in Vero Beach, FL. I did a quick search and the only info I could find was 5 years old.

I just got off the phone with them and they offered to have me come down for a July 9th standardization class. He also said that standardization has roughly a 50% wash out rate. That's pretty rough, and is a little off-putting. Not sure I want to pack up, quit my current gig for only a 50/50 chance of making it through.

Anybody here have any recent, first-hand experience going through standardization, and working for Flight Safety Academy? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
