The article does mention the 'get a degree in something else just in case...' scenario, but then focuses on the decreased hours requirement as justification for the aviation college.

Or how "poor Great Lakes Airlines cant staff its flights due to regulation changes" they could use some qualified pilots. Like that WSJ online article/video :rolleyes: yeah, as pilots we feel soo bad for GLA and their staffing issues. :p
