Hi cptjoao,

Training is paid and not hard. 1 week is ground , hr, company policy and procedures. 2 week is flight training with sim and airplane. Then you take a check flight with a senior check pilot. (Easy) in my class, I know 2 instructor fail the stage check, but got training 1 more flight, and passed flight check in 2nd try. If you show a positive attitude and study hard, nothing to worry about. Be ready to work 10 hours a day for 5 days a week. There is a lot of flying and many people leaving too.
