Default time building in central Florida

I am on the home stretch of building time and need other pilots to share time with. If anyone is in central Florida and needs time, I am available for long (8-10 hrs) flights. Cherokee split time $30 / hr and Multi split time (Seneca II) $110 per hour. I am current (Multi Commercial w/ instrument) and have been hired by an airline. I just need the final hours prior to the Dec 1st start date.

Hi.

I am also looking for a pilot to fly and share the costs with. (Shared time).

I nave checked several schools, and my favorite is Florida Flyers.

Where did you get this 30$/h?
Is it a private aircraft?
How many hours do you need to fly? I want to fly 50-60h (in about 3 weeks-1month.

Anyway I could get USA about December 20.

Best regards.

Hi,

Not sure if you're still looking for an hour building partner but I'm looking to get about 60 hours of night time probably around March or April 2015. Would you be interested? I'm presuming you have an instrument rating as I don't have one and one of us would need one. If you're not interested but you know of any cheap places to hire an single engine airplane I'd be really appreciative of the advice. All the best. Terry

Terry,
I can help you if you're looking to fly in Central Florida. I have a small flight instruction company with a 172. Send me a PM here if you're interested.

I operate out of New Smyna Beach, FL (kevb). Just a hop skip and a jump from Daytona. The Skyhawk is available for rentals. Currently a 10 hr block runs at $70/hr dry.

Fuel here is some of the cheapest in the area at $4.35 which is really nice.

Default Time building

I do have a few guys I am flying with that also need time. Currently I am flying around 20 hours per week. The other guys need time too, so pm me for info. There is a Cessna 152, 172, Pa28-140, Piper Arrow and a Seneca II and a Turbo Seneca.
Currently I need 81 more hours before my January 5th start date.

The night time flight for next spring, send me a PM when the time is closer. I will be in the airline but will know many Florida pilots still looking for time.

Default renting

Malc4d,
You can visit Deland Aviation for the rental rates. Looks like the New Smyrna 172 rate is pretty good too.

If you need Multi time I can recommend Deland Aviation. The owner, Bob, is a good guy.
In fact he does some of the maintenance on my airplane.
Our fuel prices in New Smyrna will save you a little in gas cost if you're looking for Single Engine time.

Hey Ron, Good luck getting all your time in! Did you settle on C5? If so, I'll be seeing you out on the line.
