Regional training pay?
 
I've heard that some airlines pay you your monthly garunteed rate as soon as you begin, others don't pay much of anything. I'm mostly looking between ASA, ExpressJet, and Colgan - any help? Thanks.

Colgan pays...and the medical benifits kick in the first of the next month you are hired.....
