I'm thinking about applying to Falcon Aviation Academy for a CFI job. Any word from recent/current CFIs about type of students, hours, pay, pros and cons would be appreciated.

I was a student there and it was a pretty decent environment. Obviously their bread and butter is the Chinese students. So basically be aware of that. Decent equipment with the diamonds.

You might consider US Aviation as well if you are willing to move. Competitive pay, a fun college town, and a busy flight school. I can get you directly in contact with the recruiter if you PM me.
