CFI 141 vs 61
 

Hey everyone! Now has come the time to start CFI/CFII training. I'm debating on doing it 61 or 141. I've done all my core training 141, but due to drop in instructors, I'm thinking about switching and doing CFI training 61, in order to get it done a bit faster. What do any of y'all recommend? I would love to stay with my current flight school, but I'm thinking about 61 more and more, for time and money sake. Suggestions??

I did all mine in part 61 without any problem... I did it at ATP which I don't really recommend but I was fine. Go to a legit FBO 61 school and block out some time in an arrow or something.. The ride isn't bad except for the initial CFI oral can be pretty exhausting and will be the hardest.
