Default Boeing 707 training

Does anyone know where in the USA South African Airways Boeing 707 pilots would have done their flight training in the 1970s, before South Africa opened its own training facility at Heidelberg near Johannesburg in 2007? Thanks for your input.

No idea if SA used it but American had a 707 sim through the 1990s. They still have a 727 sim buried in the bowels of the training center.

TWA had one at the MCI simulator facility up until the early 80s , IIRC.
