Unhappy Certificates

Just looking for a perspective here on what I should do. Currently I have about 1500 Hrs. I have been instructing and flying charter . I have been interviewing and getting job offers.I have some check ride failures that keep bothering me after 5 years. I am contemplating surrendering all of my certificates and starting over and just having the peace of mind. Everyone is telling me not to worry about it but personally its hard to forget about them . Just thinking back to them completely ruins my outlook on everything and it makes me feel like I am a criminal no matter how many times I take full responsibility for them.

You're contemplating surrendering your certificates and starting over with no guarantee that you won't fail again? As long as you've learned from the previous checkrides and don't blame others for the failures, you shouldn't have a problem. If you want to spend all that extra cash for no reason, then have at it.

You're spamming multiple forums with this, now.

Try posting in one place. You don't need to keep asking until you hear what you want.

Start looking for the number to that truck driving school, that'll be your glass ceiling.

How is this spamming ? This is America. Also why are you worried about it? I'm sure you have an ego you should be selling somewhere .

I also know alot of hardworking people that drive trucks , sad thing is you can make more revenue then some pilots .You wouldn't know tho your probably a narrow minded liberal . Looks like your trying to ridicule anyone that doesn't have that shinny pilot job like you . I'm guessing you wear your uniform when you go out for a jog you tool.
