Monarch Air is a rapidly growing flight department based in the Dallas Ft. Worth area seeking exceptional individuals to join our team. We carefully hand select all of our team members based on items such as professionalism, strong work ethic, customer care abilities, and their commitment to safety. We are hiring Flight Instructors that want to join a successful flight training program and then be rapidly accelerated into our FAR 135 Scheduled Commuter Service flying King Air 350 equipped aircraft.

As a CFI you will be training from day one on our new fleet of G1000 Cessna 172SP’s while preparing yourself for the transition to our commuter flight department. Team members may be offered a full time position as a King Air First Officer and sent to simulator training after as little as six months or 600 hours of instruction given.
We are looking to hire at least 5 new CFI’s by the end of May 2016. All new CFI’s may have the opportunity to use our in-house flow and continue into our very own scheduled commuter operation.

Minimum Qualifications:
FAA 1st Class Physical (or the ability to maintain one)
Certified Flight Instructor Rating
Impeccable FAA and driving safety record

Preferred Qualifications:
300 Hours total time
100 Hours dual given
Certified Flight Instructor – Instrument
Certified Multi-engine Flight Instructor

Monarch Air is offering a $1500 signing bonus for all new CFI’s hired through June 2016, paid in two installments on day one and the final installment at the 90 day point.
