Default Single Pilot Sub Seat

I am a student pilot currently working on my instrument rating. I work full time while doing this and am in the Marine Corps Reserves as well. I want to look into sub seating for any single pilots in my area to get some experience and learn a thing or two about being a career pilot. I live in the Sacramento, CA area and am willing to work with anyone in the area. In what ways can I get my name out there or how can I look for single pilots that are looking for a right seat tag-along fella?

You may want to re-phrase your offer when flying in the bay area. Unless that's what your in to, which, of course, there's nothing wrong with that.

Not bay area, sacramento area. I was told by a pilot that some pilots who fly by themselves will allow students to sit right seat for experience (work the radios or nav). Not sure the best way to word that then.
