Im looking for recommendations of where to get a CFII rating in AZ.

I did the CFII/MEI add-on many years ago at ATP Mesa Gateway. Fairly straightforward and less than a week. Can't remember price.

Tucson booked until august when i checked. Phx has options at atp, transpac, scottsdale aviation, and also the chandler airport i believe

Don't go do it at Transpac, they offer and provide it but from the friends who entered CFI standardization on the offer to get the CFII company paid.. They said the process was pretty unorganized and a few of them failed the first time after having said their "instructor" didn't even teach them this or that as far as the ground was concerned.

To each your own, study hard, fly well, and be done.
