CFI Refresher Course Suggestions?

Does anyone have a suggestion on the best online course for this? I was thinking Gleim, because they do all the paperwork for you.

Anyone else have a comment?

american flyers is the cheapest but it sucks, bad. I liked the AOPA one better. I did one of the AOPA 2 day courses in person and I liked that the best.
