Question here:

After you get your ATP-CTP written part off the way, can you get the practical part of the ATP done in a king air SIM?? and a phenom 300 SIM???

You can do the checkride in a sim. If the aircraft being simulated requires a type rating, you have to do the ATP as a type rating which means you have to complete a 142 training course.
