I went to FSA in VRB (there is only one FlightSafety ACADEMY location) and was completely satisfied with the training. The flight training was top notch and very standardized, the equipment was well maintained and most of the ground instructors were superb. If you are looking for a super accelerated program to get your ratings, FSA is not for you (although you can do it reasonably quickly). The ground schools are long and very thorough but in my opinion give you a much deeper knowledge base than most other programs. As a student / customer, you are treated very well though they will not lower the standards to push you through. The only complaint I had as a student was that it was expensive.
As an instructor, it's a different story. Some people enjoy it and some hate it. Management can be very demanding and there are many hoops you have to jump through to obtain and retain an instructor pilot position. I have seen some very sharp pilots not hired or let go. However if you do get the job and retain it, you will get your MEI and CFII free as well as build total and multi time very fast as all instrument training at FSA is done in ME aircraft. Also, even if you do not instruct there, you will have a higher ratio of multi : total time since you will do your IR in a multi. Hope this helps.
