Hi all

I'm currently typed on the -400 and wanted to know if there are any QR 74 guys on here? I'm trying to get info on average hours per month, typical schedule and are the minimums a hard requirement?

I do not have the 500hrs on type.

I don't think this includes the cargo or amiri planes.

There are 2 -8s arriving very shortly, cargo.

Operated by Qatar or painted and operated as a wet lease?

They are brand new airplanes, owned and operated by QR. We already had one or two 747s doing a wet lease, so I don't know if these will replace those or be for expansion. We seem to be constantly short of lift on the cargo side.

For now, only two airplanes. You can expect to be deadheading a LOT. Business class if it is available, otherwise it will be economy. I would expect them to eventually get more of them, but there is no indication of that from the company for now.
