Susi Air Hiring Info
Hello all,
Looking for some up to date info on Susi air
Specifically:
- 1st year FO pay
- Scheduling- still 3 weeks on/ 1 off?
- What are some competitive minimums- on their website they list 250 TT absolute minimum with 750 TT preferable. Which end of the scale are they currently hiring people at?
- How are working conditions right now? Employee morale etc.
Thanks

I second this. Also, have you watched the worst place to be a pilot on youtube yet? i suggest watching that series before you go over there just to get an idea of the area.

The "Worst Place to be a Pilot" documentary is what made me consider applying to Susi. If I didn't feel like it would be such a career gamble to not jump on the current US hiring wave, I would do it in a second. Last a saw on Pprune, people are saying QOL there isn't what it used to be. Oh and the one guy on the documentary got malaria, so that's a big consideration.
