Looks like Indigo now has about 90 million freed up.

I thought that the amount of money they were willing to pay for WOW seemed like a lot.
WOW has already sold their A330s, and I believe only has 10 or 12 planes. Unless Indigo had some incredible plan, 75 million seemed like a lot to pay for a tiny, unprofitable airline.
