Hi all I was hoping someone could help give me some info on how it is to work for them as a foreign pilot also QOL and pay as well as bases. Thanks you

Unless you're Filipino you won't work for PAL as a pilot. They don't hire expats.

Just get a nice tan, and say PILIPEENS instead of (F)Philippines and you're in.

They have hired ex-pats in the past on contract. A friend was an MD-80 designee and went there to do some local proficiency checks in the airplane. First takeoff, the pilot rotated at 100kts.! The airplane did a sabre dance for about a mile before it flew out of ground effect. They landed, he walked off and flew back conus same day...never to return.
