Trans Maldivian airways?

Hi, I'm looking for a low-time job and I've seen a hiring post looking for 200hr FO from Trans Maldivian airways. I've sent the email but never received a reply. Has anyone worked in South East Asia? (Don't only Maldivian airways)

Also, I've seen a Cessna pilot job in Philippine but they asked people to pay for training costs, roughly 4000$. Does it seem normal?

(Don't say to stay in US or do CFI since I'm not American)

They’s prefer to attract and recruit crewmembers from their country, along with those indigenous to the geographical location. In the past, Lion Air, a LCC in Indonesia had, if not still, a pay to play program.
