Default WestJet's C2023

I just read that WestJet's pilots avoided a strike with a new agreement. So... what's in it?

No one knows yet, outline supposed to be released tonight. Rumours are Swoop pilots all one one mainline contract now (huge), $105/hr starting pay. 100% DH pay, min calender day credit, a pension finally among some other things. Rumoured to be 20% or thereabouts more than AC's 737 pay. Which should put year 12 around $290/hr. We'll see if any of that is true. If it is, Air Canada is going to have to come to the table pretty quick to maintain the hiring levels they want. Current new hire pay at AC is 60k rising to 85k or so at year 4. With many new hires flying 787s and 777s around as FOs. AC 737 pay tops out around $230/hr IIRC.
