They don’t jumpseat in Europe like we do in the US. You might be allowed to ride in the cockpit but you still need a ticket.

I'm not a EURO guy, but I was allowed to sit in an FA jumpseat on LOT this summer. I was on a ZED ticket and I'm not sure if this is the norm across Europe. I thought at first when the gate agent informed me that I was on jumpseat that I was going to the flightdeck, but then the cabin crew directed me to the back galley.
