A guy in my ground school was a previous employee of copa. He said that he was hired at with low hours(600 or so)had to pay to jumpseat and had to be a citizen of panama. Be able to speak fluent spanish. That's all I know.

Your best bet is pprune. I dont think you have to be a citizen of panama, but the rest sounds about right. Also I believe first year pay for 737 FO is $1500/month guarantee.

I did work for LACSA for 14 years, as Cap on the A320 I earned 4500 usd, for 80 hours, and you don't f;y more than that.
Insurance, perdiem. that is it!! as company benefits, life in Costa Rica is extremely high, even higher than usa.

At COPA you can directly apply through the web site.

At TACA you can send your resumes only through people you know from the inside.
PM and send me your info
