There is no CASS in Canada, but Air Canada does take off-line jumpseaters in the back.

Why do people think CASS is a world-wide program? Blows me away!

I've found the only way to get on board as a jumpseater is to talk to the crew. With Air Canada the Capt needs to form with him to get you on board. Kinda weird but don't take the gate agent's word for it.

There was a FO from my company that would jump air canada to YVR all of the time.
