Applying at Emirates

Can anyone tell me if Emirates will accept apps with only turboprop time (over 5,000 TT and well over 1,000 ME turb PIC.. but in the BE200)?

They probably should, but no, they won't.

I have heard they will consider people with turboprop time, but heavy turbo prop, ATR 42/72, Dash 8-Q400, etc. I know the Part 121 time is an absolute must.

Guys, that's just not true. That "rumour" has been going around for a long time.

If I were a betting man, I'd say they will eventually drop or lower the Jet requirement, but they haven't yet.

I talk to cathy a couple months ago. They told me to apply but, They didn't seem to impresed with my T-Prop time. They were not pilots. No problem I like the USA too much to leave for that long.
