Looking for info on Tiger Airways in Singapore. Mainly cost of living is 2x where Im at now so I need to find somethind of first year FO Pay. Maybe upgrade time? Just point a finger in a direction.

I looked into them a couple years ago... They're the low-cost equivalent of Ryan Air in Asia, no jetways, terminals at the other end of the airport, pay-for-type rating type, etc.

I guess it's good to get experience and leave, but if you have the time why not just get a job with a reputable airline? Try Silk Air, they're the regional (A-320, mind you) airline for Singapore Airleines. Same requirements as Tiger, but better pay and conditions.

I was looking because I have a pretty good "in" there. Just trying to hedge my bets incase things really go down the tubes worse than they are now.
