China Airlines and Eva Air's hiring minimums?

Does anyone know what China Airlines and Eva Air's hiring minimums are for F/O? It says this on the company website:
at least 1,500 total flight hours
at least 500 hours Turbo-prop
ICAO ATPL & Turbo-prop Type-Rating
glass cockpit experiences preferably
But how much do you need to get an interview?

Thanks!

It may not be much help, and it's like pprune you will have to sort out the good form the bad.

I know several guys from CAL....be careful. I'd try EVA first, much better operation from what I hear.

Be VERY careful with CAL. The terms and conditions I saw about 2 years ago were really bad. If you're not typed, they want you to pay some ridiculous amount up front to cover the cost. I think it was around $25k and then they bond you aswell.

If you join as an FO, you will NEVER upgrade and there are a lot of issues as far as CRM is concerned flying with Asian crews. Choose wisely. If you are an FO here in the US, be patient, upgrade and get typed. Once that happens you'll have a whole different world of opportunities overseas.

But what are the realistic minimums you need before there will call you for interview (for F/o)?
