After the app was sent in did you get any notification that they were reviewing the app? It has been a week since submission with no replies. I thought they were going to send an email saying they received my app.

If I remember correctly, after you submit your app online, you get a reference number for all future correspondence. That is usually emailed to you right away. It allows you to access your app online.

The time from online application to review can take awhile. Again, I think it took a couple of weeks, maybe a month before you get a response. Could be sooner. They'll say something along the line of: you've been shortlisted, here are the following dates available for interview.....

They give you a narrow range of dates, or a specific date (negotable), weeks in advance so you can plan off. Figure no less than 5-6 days needed.
