Cathay Leave?

I saw where you CX guys get 42 days of leave from day one...sounds like a sweet deal!

How does that system exactly work? ie: 7 days at a time? Does 7 days = 7 days or more? etc etc.

Last month I had 2 consecutive weeks (14 days) of leave booked and it ended up being 22 days off in a row.
