DAE is in Ras Al Khaimah while Horizon is in Al Ain. There is a flying club in Umm Al Quwain.

I doubt that is for primary instruction. It may be the case for Lears or King Airs. Primary instruction jobs can be found in the $4000/month range. DAE was offering something close to that.

Hi!

Dubai has more English citizens living there than Emiraties. They import foreigners, including women, to work in ALL types of jobs, from service to professional: doctors, lawyers, etc.

They even now have female pilots, including at least one from UAE!
