Airlines that will sponsor?
 
Someone a couple threads ago said that Ryanair used to sponsor immigration paperwork for anyone with a 737 type.

Will anyone else do the same? Looks like my career is stagnating and I could consider it.

Yes from what I remember, and it was on their site aswell!
But supposedly they stopped doing this, I would contact RyanAir and see what is their policy regarding foreign licenses, and helping you get a working permit.

They will sponsor you and get you a JAA license if you have over 500 hrs PIC in the 737. If you have that, you may be working at a company that pays better than Ryan Air. They will not sponsor a FO to come over. If you have a right to work in the EU and a JAA license.. that's different.

Yep the 500 PIC was the magic number.
