A330/340 @ EK Question
 

For those of you at EK:
Does the A330/340 do any ULH flights or flights that require an IRO/Augmented crew? (Australia non-stop maybe?)
Where, if any, is the crew rest area (or bunks)?
Also a general EK bidding question: Can you bid reserve for a specific month or is it only assigned by the company on specific months?
