Is there anyone on here that can give me information on hiring at ANA? What is the process and specifics? and mins of course

I'm probably wrong, but I think that unless you are a Japanese national or have citizenship, you can't get hired directly at ANA.

You can however go through a contract agency.

Go to the APC site, check out the contractor/crew leasing web links. Usually, you have to be pretty qualified. When I applied for NCA I was told I needed a PIC type rating on a 2 person commercial jet in addition to the flight times. It's a JCAB thing.
