Brazilian airline?

Does anyone have any information about how one would be able to work for a Brazilian airline? My dad has lived there for about 20 years and I was curious if that would allow me to have a job there one day. Any information is appreciated.........Thanks

fala portuguese? anyone??? :o..........................well after digging a little deeper into the flying of S. America, I have come to the conclusion that I would be better suited to another region of the world.

You have to be a brazilian to fly in brazilian airlines. Were you born there?
Brazilian Airlines are struggling with high oil prices and excess of taxation. There are plenty of pilots out of a job in Brazil and Azul (David Neeleman brazilian company) will start slowly and would not be able to get all of them.

Yeah. Unlike their cars, most airliners are not designed to run on ethanol.

There are some aircraft flying on ethanol in Brazil, but they are still testing it, no commercial use yet.
