EK Interviews Cancelled?

Two people on Prune have reported their interviews were just cancelled (they were due to go in July and August). Does anyone know if they are cancelling all interviews for the forseeable future? On July 3rd, I received a second confirmation e-mail for an interview in September but now I am really starting to wonder.

I also heard about the same thing happening to a few guys at my airline, they were all slated for August interviews. I just received my e-ticket for end of July interview.

you will read that the pass rate is less right now because there is lots of app's, NOT true. EK needs pilots . I know guys in the recruitment dept. and there is no change WRT who they take. You pass you get an offer.They can , right now , be a bit picky as to where and when they place guys on course. Airbus is know harder than the 777 durring the sim eval, very good guys on both doing those sims. Its hot and humid now and streets are not as busy as they are durring the rest of the year, keep that in mind if you come here in Jul/Aug.
Also dont come expecting an upgrade in 3 years, do the math. Ask when your here. I think its been stated 150AC by 2014 and we are at 110 now, so that would @ 400 upgrades between then and now and we are at 2100 pilots now.
