Flying In Africa

I'm from Zimbabwe and flew the 737-200 for a year there. african Aviation is not as bad as many may think, especially in the south.
South African Airways would be a great company to work for but at moment they are training their nationals.

Many other exciting opportunities exist in South Africa and Zimbabwe(maybe not right now)ie; flying tourist in and out of safaris with all expeneses paid for. I remeber a guy from Seychelles who was flying Barons in Zimbabwe. So i'm sure smaller outfits can offer flying opportunities.

I think East Africa(Kenya,Tanzania) and Southern Africa(Botswana,Namibia,South Africa, Malawi Zambia) would be great places to earn good money for young people who are not afraid to travel. It maybe piston time but i think its more enjoyable.

Hopefully the industry here will bounce back soon.
