Where to start....?
Friends,
First let me say there’s a lot of helpful information on this site so I thought I would ask my question. I lost my job this week flying part 91 in Florida. I have a type on HS-125, BE-400/MU-300 CL600. My total time is around 1850 with about 550 Jet time. I would like to work in Africa to start with or anywhere overseas as a FO. Any suggestions on where to start would be very helpful. Thanks and fly safe. |
Talk to aviation employment agency (overseas)
There are some other websites that have fairly active conversations on the overseas flying employment issue - pprune.org, and flightinfo.com.
Rishworthaviation.com Parcaviation.com Gapaviation.com Don't know if the carriers that these agencies work with require hours in their type equipment. Give them a call. Hope you post back with your progress. |

There's good "intelligence" there, but it has to be filtered. Africa will be an adventure. Good luck. :) |
The is a non-profit humanitarian aid group that does flying in africa and the middle east. The pay isn' fantastic, but the work is rewarding... you may want to look into that
Most foreign airlines look for ATP, current type, and time or recent PC on the type |
Thanks for all the information. "RemoveB4fight" do you have a name of this non-profit group? I did a search with no clear names. Thanks again guys and fly safe!

I heard Air Serve was really having tough times, and close to being out of business.
