LAN Peru Question?

Does LAN Peru hire DEC (Direct Entry Captains) and if so to wich equipment and any idea about requirements, pay rates and working rules, thanks in advance.

I know for a fact that LAN Peru hired numerous pilots already. LAN Chile needs 350 pilots now for the upcoming 777, 787 fleet. No news, on salaries but is around 6000 USD for Captains on the A320.

Well I ask because I know of a person that claims got hired as a Captain with no jet PIC or any PIC on a 121 carrier or foreign carrier, I'd like to know their requirements for DEC, I'm sure Lan Peru or any Lan carrier will required a DEC to have some Jet PIC other than Piper Seneca or warrior PIC right?
