Competitive mins at Cathay

Anybody know what's considered competitive at Cathay right now for their first officer program? Looking at their website, their mins seem pretty low. Do they look at military and civilian guys differently? Would about 1600TT /500PIC (almost all heavy) land one an interview?

I have heard of some military guys getting hired with around your total time as DEFO, but I think you need 1000 PIC for the HKCAD conversion.
