Flying out of Tripoli

Curious if any pilots have operated out of Tripoli? What is it like living there? How do the people treat Americans? Any other info would be great. Thanks

Nothing to it, I flew there in and out, one runway ILS 27, NDB APP 09, small cross runway, mostly for taxi. No alcohol allowed, 6 hrs drive to Tunisia to get high.

ATC no bad, but I seeing worst.

How they treat Americans? well never lived there but I was treated nice,
