Question Emirates: non-pilot job question

First, sorry to be posting here as I am not a pilot but I couldn't find a better venue to ask my questions. I would appreciate if TP or others could answer.

I am going to interview for a management position at Emirates. I am invited for a 2-day session - assessment center & interview. Are the assessment center activities universal for all employees?

The postion is pay-scale (grade) EK09. Any idea on salary associated with this grade level?

Thanks in advance for replying.

The assessment center is probably geared slightly towards the position that you are applying for. There will be a psychological test similar to the MMPI and probably a de-brief with a staff psychologist. There will most likely be some group problem solving exercises to view your interaction with colleagues. Possibly some short presentation on a topic which you may get 15 minutes to prepare for. Then, of course, a formal interview with HR and the Department head/deputy.

I believe EK09 is similar to First Officer pay, so around 18,000/month plus housing, schooling, medical, bonuses, etc.

Dear TP:
Thanks for answering my questions.

I have a follow-up question about the panel interview. Does the panel inlcude both HR and Line Dept?

Thanks,
Yale
