Default Non flying aviation related work in Europe

Since I don't have the JAA certificates, and no longer have my dual citizenship with Germany, I understand that I can not fly over there for those reasons, but I am looking for some aviation related work. I know a girl over in Belgium that our relationship is becoming serious. I don't know if I should continue my efforts here anymore of trying to have a flying career. So I would prefer something in Belgium, but I am willing to work almost anywhere.

There are several sim centers around. You can always look at CAE, Flight Safety, FSC, Oxford Aviation Academy, Airbus, etc. On occasion they will have openings. Don't know what they require as far as citizenship and/or licenses, but it is worth looking in to.

Work Visa at the very minimum. As there are a number of "N" registered aircraft running around Euroland, FAA certified instructors are also required... possibly not in such great demand however.

You can contact most of the training facilites by phone. Management types are very willing to chat with you about their needs and your requirements. That said you desires are not that unreachable.

Good luck.

Lots of airlines also have non-flying positions. TNT Airways is hiring many different flying and non flying positions for their base in Liege, Belgium (then your dad can visit you there too )

TNT | Global Air Network : The Employer

Normal work rules (permits etc.) apply, aka I don't think that they would sponsor you but at least there are positions available.
