Fuel saving bonus in chinese airlines

Does anyone know how does the "fuel saving bonus" work in the chinese airlines?
Thanks.

depends on the airline.

Air china only pays local captains a fuel bonus and here is how it works.

The more fuel you land with the more bonus you get.

Therefore, the more fuel you uplift at departure, the more you land with, the more bonus you get.

Yep, its that dumbass it makes me wanna cry.

Careful on bonuses with Chinese airlines. I've heard guys say you'll never get your safety bonus. If you taxi 1kts too fast you loose the whole thing. It's impossible to meet their standards 100% of the time.

Not sure about the fuel bonuses though.

At Shenzhen the company computes the fuel bonus on their super top secret whimsical formula. I get one every month but nobody I have asked has the faintest clue how it calculated whether they be a foreign captain, local fo, or local captain or instructor. I'm told they actually take into account for higher/lower take off weights from the flight planned weight. I know I get one every month and it's always different. It's usually anywhere between $300 and $1000.
