EK doesn't have the FC rest area above first class in the 777? Why not?

At EY they took out the front lounge on the 340 and installed a galley plus a FCRC right behind the cockpit door, has one bunk and a business class rest seat. After the Air France accident they didn't want the captain in the back of the aircraft taking his rest. Sorry for thread drift.
