I've flown in many foreign airlines, but not Ethiopian, so this is an interesting read. I like those airplane crackers; they crack me up.

"Equally as important as product is service. In this respect, Ethiopian excelled on the flight."
I did IAD-ADD-IAD for a job interview last September and agree with this. It's a good product. Didn't notice the shape of the crackers, though, since I usually inhale those without looking.
