I have to get my 330 recency back tonight during a support sim for an upgrade. I will ask both questions. I was in training again a few months ago and heard they had a lot of DECs apply, but were taking very few. I would think that with deliveries coming full steam again the FO hiring must continue soon.

So no news on the DEC's, and EK is getting a lot of FO applications. The hiring will have to start to speed up again soon. Learned that the 380 classes from September on have nobody in them yet, so replacing all those FO's will have to be done in addition to the FO's that must be added for new a/c deliveries.

Sorry I did not find out more, but I will ask the few people I know in pilot recruitment.
