Hello guys,

I'm not a faa pilot, but I try to take information about China.
I'm in Europe, and with only single engine hours (piston) it is tough to find any job there.
Actually my lover is chinese and we intend to marry. So I was wondering if there is any particular advantages in that ? for finding a job as copilot in China? (maybe some fo you are married to a chinese woman who knows).
I am very close to give up aviation career to be honest, as it is very difficult to find a job here (they prefer young cadets pilots with 200h in a right seat of 737 /320). As long as you get more than 200h (I have 800 hours sep), you are stucked. But IF there is a tiny possibilty like I explained above, then I may really consider it again.

Thanks for reading
regards

Don't think you will find anything in China. Honk Kong and Taiwanese airlines are known to hire FOs but I think you either have to be one of their cadets or have some experience as an FO on a type they operate.

Ok... I see
I guess if I do not find anything in China, I won't find anything elsewhere then, coz China seems the first country in need of pilots.

thanks for the reply

Try this place:

Susi Air -Your Complete Air Transport Solution for All of Indonesia-

It's not China, but it's in SE Asia anyway and they do hire at 800 hours.
