Plan on spending $20 a stamp and every piece of paper will need to me stamped, like birth certificate, college transcripts etc...for the interview your signature is fine. Also I had the former airline I worked at print out copies of my flight times with them and a letter from the Chief Pilot stating it was true san correct.
COPA can be fun if you are single.....don't plan on getting rich and only go if they are offering a Capt slot. I know they hired some RJ Capt'n right into the left seat of the 737.....be careful with the 250 hour wonder kids on the right seats.
Good luck.....they will burn you out quick.....lazy could care less attitude.
